Basic Warranty = The original owner is warranted the unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. Additional information; disposable filter cartridges are covered for defects in material and workmanship only, since service life of disposable filter cartridges varies with local water conditions and cannot be warranted. The RO membrane is covered for manufacturing defects only, and warranty replacement is pro-rated as follows: First 90 days from installation = full replacement at no charge. 4th through 12th month - buyer pays a fraction of the selling price of a replacement module corresponding to the fraction of the 12 months that the module is in service. (i.e. 4/12 to 12/12 of selling price)

Installation and filter replacement are easy! The Nature's Spring RO system contains four treatment devices. The three main components are: the pre-filter, the post-filter, and the RO (reverse osmosis) membrane. After 12 months of use (or if the red filter replacement timer light flashes sooner) it is time to replace your pre- and post-filters. (we supply these at a discounted price) The RO membrane is designed to produce pure water for 2 - 4 years, depending on the quality of the source water and your water pressure. (we also supply the RO membrane at discounted prices). The unit itself has no moving parts, and never needs replacement. We have owned our unit for over two years and highly recommend it. We live in Phoenix AZ, have never had any problems and no longer buy bottled water.
